Under the wooly sheep like clouds of this Wednesday,
I stand by the garden’s side.
The 6 days old sown grass hasn’t sprouted yet,
But the cow coat looking cat has come again.
It has found its little hiding place into the pipe giving onto the official pond,
Which makes me think that we might do two things about that:
The fencing of the pipe and cats house.
Yes, there are more that one,
And I would call them the cow and the wolf.
Otherwise, big machines gave a little digging to the line of soil following the parking lot,
And the hole next to our garden has been filled,
As well as a very small part of grass unfortunately. But,
Giving us hope about the garden finding its place in the mind of many people,
And cats, and garden creatures, and machines.
Oh, I was watching the wolfcat outside my classroom window yesterday. I love the idea of having watchcats, maybe it’s the nepeta I planted (catnip), though I do think they might just be looking for a proper home. I’m allergic to cats, otherwise they’d already be protecting my home garden.
